Refund Policy

The nature of our business products is electronic media that we offer in the form of downloadable products as well as website code that we host on our hosting servers. We also offer consulting services for which we charge an hourly rate.

We offer no refunds for electronic downloads or consulting services. If there is a problem with your download please contact us at 480-874-4379.

In the event that work is postponed or canceled at the request of the CLIENT by registered letter, GLOBAL RESOURCE MARKETING LLC shall have the right to bill pro rata for work completed through the date of that request. If additional payment is due, this shall be payable within thirty days of the CLIENT’s notification to stop work. In the event of cancellation, the CLIENT shall also pay any expenses incurred by GLOBAL RESOURCE MARKETING LLC and GLOBAL RESOURCE MARKETING LLC shall own all rights to the Work.  The CLIENT shall assume responsibility for all collection of legal fees necessitated by default in payment.

If the CLIENT applies by a registered letter for a refund within fifteen (15) days of signing our SERVICE CONTRACT, work already completed shall be billed at the hourly rate or $60 and deducted from the initial payment.  If the work that has been completed is beyond the amount covered in the initial payment, the CLIENT shall be liable to pay for all work completed at the hourly rate of $60.

In the event of a refund we will promptly return your paid funds upon receiving your request for a refund with written explanation within 5 business days.

There are no refunds on items that have been completed.

We do not refund credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
